Design Thinking: No hay sectores maduros, hay CEOs muy maduros

Aprendemos cómo incorporar el Design Thinking a las habilidades operativas del CEO
Un gran taller celebrado el 17 de mayo en Segovia, muy bien conducido por Gustavo Entrala de inspirinas.
Descubrimos que las cosas ya no son como siempre eran… que no podemos estar atrapados y debemos salir de nuestra propia lógica, conectar con las personas, y sobre todo a pensar que ya no es válida la excusa de que hay sectores maduros, sino CEOs demasiado maduros.
Gustavo nos explicó brillantemente como volver a aprender, sintetizar, identificar preguntas clave, idear, prototipar… que los presupuesto anuales son historia, que los planes de futuro se hacen a 6 meses o a largo plazo (5 años)
Ha sido un excelente ejercicio de reflexión para poder trasladar al día a día de nuestras empresas.
